Customer care is great.

My delivery was getting delayed often due to weather and the delay ended upto be of around days which is under stable due to Lock down and Nisarg cyclone. As soon as I spoke to customer care they promptly sent me a number. The need to use the number didn't arise as my product was delivered next day.
